Teething already

God my little one is growing up so quickly, he is now 13 weeks and teething. Do you have any tips because poor baby already suffers from eczema, now the teething, he did not sleep at all during the day yesterday, had a good night sleep though and today he had his second immunisation (he should sleep all day like last time) he is not having a good time just now. I got him some teething gel and a few teething toys but I think when I put him down to sleep he wakes up 5 mins later because his gums are sore. he is trying to put both his dummy and his fist in his mouth and dribbles over everything. Any tips?
